Extremely Disappointing Experience. Be ready to get insulted if you are not joining their programme in the call! (Part 2)
Part 2 “Nobody insulted you. I've watched back the call recording, and this seems to be a gross exaggeration of what happened. The reason you were ‘rejected’ was because you had very unrealistic expectations, and are not a business owner, but a full-time employee.” Could you please explain exactly what “unrealistic expectations” I expressed during the call? I did not demand anything unreasonable. I simply said that I needed time to think about a $12,000, six-month programme and that I was not prepared to make such a significant financial commitment during the call. Apparently, that was enough to trigger your representative into becoming rude and dismissive. If asking for reasonable time to consider a $12,000 purchase is now considered an “unrealistic expectation”, then perhaps you should seriously reconsider how your sales process works. And regarding your comment that I am “not a business owner, but a full-time employee” — I find that statement particularly inappropriate. Being a full-time employee does not give your representative any justification whatsoever to speak to a prospective customer disrespectfully or make assumptions about their financial decisions. Before teaching people how to build and run an AI agency, perhaps you should first teach your own team how to communicate professionally with potential customers, how to handle objections respectfully, and how to accept that a customer may need time to make a decision. What is even more concerning is that your team already knew my circumstances and my position before the call, and we discussed these points again at the beginning of the conversation. So why was I pushed into a sales conversation only to be dismissed and spoken to disrespectfully when I said I needed time to consider the offer? And finally, for the record: I also have a recording of the call. I am very confident that the recording speaks for itself. So rather than dismissing my experience as a “gross exaggeration”, I suggest you listen to the recording again with an objective mind. I am more than happy to let the actual conversation speak for itself.
