Easy to use website. Good value, and hopefully a great product. Will let you know. Thank you.

Very poor customer service. The vacuum had poor suction and when in tried to return it a day after it arrived they kept putting me off. First offering a 25% refund and I keep the vacuum, then 50%. When I said no I want to return it for a full refund, they email stating to return it in unused condition and that I pay to ship it back to them. When I gave them a screenshot of their warranty stating free return shipping both ways, they stated that was a mistake and offered me 75% refund and keep the vacuum. I told them to credit my credit card by tomorrow for the 75% and I won’t continue with other options. Pretty scammy people!

Gute Führung durch Bestellprozess
