I really like the 5 Day Challenge Webinar they gave. It was a lot of information, but it set you up for success. It's a proven step-by-step formula and easy to follow program. I really liked the way Veena, Cody and Garrett laid out the process. And what's really remarkable is the price for the whole program. I believe the reason why the price is so affordable is because they are in the business of people success. Guys you have to look in on what you're doing it's amazing what they are offering. I've looked at a lot of real estate programs, but this is TOP NOTCH. Never seen what they offer before.

What I like is the Wednesday afternoon meeting so much value there. My mentor Dave Ludena is best. He is patient and understanding from a personal point of view really like working with him. Would like to have him as business partner if possible.

To whom it may concern, I really didn't have much support from the support group to fix my OLC account. But, after getting in touch and exchanging message with Carson Crandell on Facebook, he made sure that my problem was solved. I sent him all the issue that I was facing and he made sure the issue was solved by connecting with support team. I thank him so much for making himself available and help me solve my problem...

Great experience with Clever Investor! I learned so much. The support and community are awesome too. Highly recommend!

I have been working with the ATM Team, Cody, Veena, and Garrett for three months through a mentor Forrest. Forrest has been great, he help get my business up and running. He set my website up, helped get my mailing list and mailed out. This has created 3 great leads which I am working now. Looking forward to close deals with the ATM Team. Thanks for the support Gary Brinson

We have been following Veena for a bit and have extensively used her techniques to gain financial independence via investing. Clever Investor is an amazing medium to get to your goals. As a matter of fact, thanks to Veena and her team, we are now touring Asia for a two month long trip. Highly recommend their courses and their methodology

Forrest has been a life saver on getting me up and running. he is very knowledgeable . I can see if I do what he says that I will be successful. Any problem there is it is me. Forrest is great. Every meeting that I have had with Forrest has been meaningful and helpful.

All the information is simplified so even someone who's just getting started in the industry can easily understand. The community adds even more value because it is focused in making meaningful connections. Veena is a great leader and her team does great at following up and solving any questions anyone may have. Thank you, Clever Investor for making something so intimidating feel possible for everybody!!
