I purchased a program from Clever Investor and requested a refund within the allowed timeframe. I contacted their support multiple times and received no refund and no meaningful communication. The lack of response and failure to honor their stated refund policy is unacceptable. I am posting this review to document the issue publicly and to request immediate resolution. I expect Clever Investor to process my refund promptly and provide clear confirmation.

I signed up for webinar and they ask for a free trial for something. I declined but they still keep trying to get money from my bank account. What a scam. The sell information and hype. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. I hope they get investigated for fraud.

Review: I joined the Clever Investors Jumpstart Program expecting mentorship, deal support, and real partnership opportunities. What I got instead was poor communication, empty promises, and complete disregard for the time and effort I put in. I submitted multiple qualified real estate deals, followed all the guidelines, and reached out respectfully numerous times via phone and text. Not once did I receive a return call or a professional response. When I finally voiced my concerns, I was simply told, "Good luck," and dismissed entirely. This program is heavily marketed to aspiring investors, but once you’re in, you're on your own. No mentorship. No feedback. No partnership. Just silence. It feels like a bait-and-switch operation designed to profit off ambitious individuals without delivering the value they advertise. I’ve since filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office in Arizona to push for accountability. If you value your time, integrity, and resources—stay away.
