Dr. Farag killed my husband due to negligence and Cleveland Clinic is standing behind him knowing what happened to my husband is due to Dr. Ehab Farag's (Anesthesiologist) negligence. I will expose this Dr. and Cleveland Clinic for their wrongdoing. They pretended to investigate through the Ombudsman's office. We were assigned a rep by the name of Alexandrea she had the worst attitude and never returned calls after several left messages. Do not trust the Ombudsman's office they are a part of Cleveland Clinic and would stand with them. Don't trust them when they say they advocate for the patient!!!!

Poor care and 2 overnights were a nightmare of no sleep due to loud and uncontrolled roommate. Zero patient management. Avoid CC at all costs.

Six weeks after my cardiologist sent all records to Cleveland Clinic, despite several follow-up phone calls to CC, my records have still not been even commented on by a CC physician! In the meantime, we found a heaven-sent transcatheter mitral valve physician who had just moved into our county! He saved me from the unresponsive Cleveland Clinic!

Couldn't pay me money to use their services especially in home rehab. Poor poor poor.

Please retain from using AFAB. They are females. Period! As healthcare providers that take an oath to do no harm, it is imperative that this craziness be halted immediately! Let it stop with you!

Dr. Dipesh Patel has been my husbands primary Doctor or years, and we’ve always been happy with him ; until today. We lost our insurance and were provided self pay services without issue and have continued to see Dr. Patel for $ 49 for a Primary Doctor visit. Now that Cleveland Clinic has completely taken over Martin Memorial our office visit is $350!!! Back to finding a good primary Doctor that’s not affiliated with this profit over patients hospital. Cleveland Greed Hospital No patient care here!

I had extreme eye pain started on a Saturday. Monday morning I "my chart" my primary (Dr. Darby Sider, who was on vacation) to get a referral to my Opthalmologist. To make a 3 almost 4 week story shorter, I had to go to the emergency room at Broward Health because Cleveland Clinic couldn't get their act together. It ended up costing me $250 and a lot of pain. Although I tried and tried couldn't get the referral for almost 4 weeks.
