Husband got a forearm tattoo on Eftalia Island in Antalya, Turkey. Paid £325. Completed aftercare as with all other tattoos and tattoo is severely infected. Hand was swollen like the hulk and his forearm was like popeye. Tattoo leaking pus and blood and skin broken, two weeks after completion and with antibiotics. No response from Cleopatra Ink!!! Please stay away from this company!!!

Had a tattoo here on the 7/8/2024 and was charged nearly 700 euros. The tattoo artist arrived 1 hr 30 mins late. I had to leave at 3pm and was told to be there at 10 am. The tattoo looks nothing like the 1 i picked. Rushed and unfinished. I was told i couldn't be refunded any money as i already paid. Really poor service and skill set all round. I was priced £350 today to get the tatoo finished. Do yourself a favour and stay well away, they look professional until they get your money of you

Absolute abzocke! Im hotel von einem Typen mehrtägig angesprochen. Günstige Preise versprochen. Vor Ort kostet alle das 4 fache, der Typ vom Pool macht plötzlich alle Preise und ist der Chef. ( junger mit Pferdeschwanz) Fotos von ihm musste ich vor seinen Augen löschen! Droht mit Polizei, und ruft dann keine 🤣 Finger weg von dem Laden! Günstig ist es nicht, die "Tattoo Artisten" sind alle toll und freundlich, aber ausser der Chef verdient niemand etwas!

While I love my hand tattoo I was not impressed it’s their process or customer service. Initially I went here to get a quote for a hand tattoo because I saw an ad for 30% off all tattoos. I showed up to my appointment and was told I would be working with a designer. I have a lot of tattoos so working with a “designer “ instead of the artist themselves was completely foreign to me. I presented my idea with pictures of a design I liked. Usually an artist will take your ideas and pictures and make it their own…that is not what happened. She literally cropped the pictures I sent her and placed them on my arm that she had taken a picture of. All of this done on a tablet. I had other ideas that would take up space on my forearm, which I didn’t expect to get with my hand tattoo but I wanted to see how it would look and again no original artwork just cropping pictures and laying them out on a picture of my arm. The guy apparently running the shop told me they could do it for $3500. Now that was pretty steep so I asked well what about it just the hand portion to which he said $1500. Again, pretty steep. Told him I would think about it and call back for an appointment. He then turned into a salesperson asking if it was about the price to which I said yes and he said they could do it for $700. I was happy with that price and they stated how the tattoo would lay out and everything. He kept saying we have “world famous “ artists here and the artist that would be working on me was coming from Turkey. Okay don’t care where he is from but as long as he does good work and makes it his own original art that’s fine. When I showed up to the appointment it was not the guy from Turkey working with me but a female. No biggie I have had female artists before but this wasn’t the artist he told me about. She then when and got the stencil. It was the cropped photos from the pictures I sent. I should have stopped there and walked out but I paid a deposit and I was being dumb. Then I noticed it didn’t go all the way around my wrist like we discussed. I told the artist and she stated she wasn’t doing the whole wrist again i should have walked away but i didn’t. Then came the phone call. I called to let them know i felt cheated based on the work and price. Dude that’s running the shop offered to correct it by having me come by and they would do “whatever I want”. I make the appointment with him over the phone only for him to call and cancel because they have “bigger” tattoos to work on. I say okay when can I come in. He says “ oh I will call you with an appointment time when I take a look at our schedule “ severally irritated at this point. I call back two weeks later after hearing nothing, for a touch up. He obviously does not remember our conversations since he plays dumb when I ask him about it. I did get my touch up but had to pay another $50 for a different tattoo artist to work on me. All I have to say is there are no “world famous artists” working here. They conned me out of $850. I will never go here again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

We are just home from Turkey, stayed at club aqua plaza and outside the hotel was Cleopatra Ink. First impression was it looked quite cool and seemed very clean. Had a consultation (after a few cocktails at our hotel 🙃) stupidly agreed to a very over priced tattoo, compared to what I would have paid in UK, anyways, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they explained because it was fine line and would take more time etc.. now, my partner also got his 1st tattoo done here at the same time, I was in for 1.5 hours and was done, my partner (who's tattoo was bigger, more detailed yet CHEAPER) and was in for over 3 hours.... How the hell can this be cheaper... I felt like such a mug and pulled up the "consultation guy" who then just sprouted more BS lies, refusing to lower the price and instead threw in some balm... Haha I'm actually embarrassed to say how much it was 🫠... I'm not going to lie, The artist done a good job, the tattoo is very nice but shockingly over priced, they don't care though, they just want your money... They didn't even give my partner any after care information once he was done, which is pretty crap, bad morals here...ripping off tourists any chance they can, It's obviously my fault too for falling for their BS... Be very VERY canny with these guys..

what an incredibly bad chain Cleopatra ink is. I had a tattoo done during my holiday in Turkey. When I told them I was from the Netherlands, I was immediately told that I could simply go to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Breda for any touch-ups. it was also specifically said by the shop manager of Cleopatra ink Eftalia Island Alanya. once in the Netherlands they suddenly say that this is not possible and can only be done at a branch in Turkey. SO NEVER GO HERE FOR A TATTOO! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I have now hired a lawyer and am going to start criminal proceedings against this company.
