Worst Decision of My Life – Do Not Trust the Reviews
One of the biggest regrets of my life was visiting this tattoo studio. I got my first tattoo at Cleopatra Ink's Bursa Özlüce studio. Unfortunately, the result was a complete disaster both aesthetically and technically. The design I received looked nothing like the reference I had shown. It was disproportionate, careless, and poorly executed. I had repeatedly asked if the same color tones and gradients could be applied, and was assured that it was possible—but the final result looked more like a random scribble than a professional tattoo. This experience affected me not only visually but also emotionally. Every time I look in the mirror, I see a painful mistake. It’s hard to describe the disappointment. What’s worse is that this wasn’t just a local issue—it reflects the overall attitude of the entire Cleopatra Ink brand. When I contacted their headquarters, they admitted the tattoo looked bad and offered me a refund under the guise of “goodwill.” But this wasn’t to fix what went wrong—it was essentially a hush payment, offered in exchange for not leaving any negative reviews. They even asked me to sign an agreement promising not to speak out. This clearly shows that the brand prioritizes its image over genuine customer satisfaction. Now it’s easier to understand how they have so many “perfect” reviews online. In a service as permanent as tattooing, such carelessness and irresponsibility are unacceptable. This whole process cost me time, money, peace of mind—and left me with a permanent mark I never wanted, a mistake that’s very hard to undo. Think twice before choosing this brand.
