No words, was suffering from cystic neck acne and on my chin and cheeks. Never dealt with this before and I’m 39 and it’s embarrassing. About three weeks in an I’m in disbelief that I haven’t gotten a new pimple is a week. All my acne is healed and now just time to get rid of scaring. I have really sensitive skin and can easily break out so it was great to find a brand where I don’t have to worry.

I've been taking the Mind Body Skin supplements for a few months, and within the first month I noticed a change. I was getting hormonal acne, the pimples were hard and painful and they would take forever to go away. After the first month of the supplements they were gone. They've been gone since!
