Excellent experience! I am a 7X home buyer and 3X refinancer. I have gone through multiple military banks that specialize in VA loans; ClearPath Lending blew them out of the water. They gave me a specific time line and stuck to it. Quine and Phillip were extremely knowledgeable, professional and motivated. My original hesitancy of going with a non-military bank for a VA loan was not warrented; glad I took the leap of faith after doing my research!. Thank you ClearPath.

I had a very good experience working with Ezequiel. I received many calls from different firms, but when I took the call from Ezequiel, he gave me a positive vibe. From day one he walked me through the whole process, and told me what to expect, and everything he said happened. I was very happy working with Clear Path Lending, my phone calls and emails were answered quickly. I will recommend you guys to my family and friends Thank you

Our refinancing experience with ClearPath Lending was probably the easiest we've ever had in some 40 years of applying for housing loans. We got a low interest rate and a lengthy long term to repay. Forms easily sent via computer and faxed back the same day. Phone calls returned---a great company to deal with.
