The day I applied to Clear Path I was accepted to apply for a VA mortgage. The team Kept me informed of all the progress being made in the process. I just want to thank them for a job well done and I would recommend Clear Path to anyone 100%.

Took time to work thru due to my personal sitaution but the team I worked with Mamta Patel, Kyle Moore and Serene Paintel were great through out my entire process. They kept me informed and updated the entire time and the end numbers were very close to original estimates. I am very happy with clearpath and will look to them first for any mortgage needs in the future.

The refinancing process was an amazing experience with ClearPath Lending. Every interaction was professional and informative. Ciara was great to work with.

Worked with Chris always got back to me when he missed my call. Have not received first payment invoice but I was told today someone would reach out to me probably early November 1st payment due in December. We will see what happens from there thanks frank

I have done two refinances with Clear Path and think I have just been an idiot both times. My loan amount has not decreased in two years because Clearpath keeps adding to it in my refinance. Honestly this last experience was so bad I would go as far as to say this company is scamming people and doing a lot of illegal activity. I wouldn't be surprised if they are sued at some point and shut down soon. The unscrupulous behaviour is unlike anything I have experienced from an institution. I am 95% sure that 90% of activities I have experienced with them are flat out illegal and criminal. Money has gone missing. Closing disclosures don't match up, and I don't get phone calls back since the loan funded. At this point about 3k is missing from the transaction and I have about 6 payout requests none of which match my closing disclosures and it appears the last lender (Carrington Mortgage also criminal like - very bad lender) that said they paid for our taxes didn't but that was also included in the payout. So in total there is likely about 6k that is missing including the unpaid and allegedly paid taxes by Carrington Mortgage. I have worked with Long Ta who I built a relationship but once I started to ask questions he dissapeared and began to ignore my calls and emails. I have been trying to contact him for 3 months now. I also had been trying to refinance with them since March of 2019 and was footballed to several different people (my fault I let these people take advantage of me), they ran my credit multiple times without my consent and I worked with Kashi Tabrizi (who actually yelled at me and hung up on me, extremely unprofessional), Kevin Robinson, Melissa Syakhasone and Robert Haab. Run far away and save yourself 10s of thousands of dollars, stress and a lot of unnecessary bs from dishonest, greedy and unscrupulous lenders.

I've done 3 refi's in the last 7 years. I used Clear Path Lending each time. The last time was less positive than the first two. I'm not going to comment on that experience here right now. Right now, I'm wanting to do a refi again because the rates are really low now. About once every two weeks I get a mailing from Clear Path wanting me to refi. I responded to the mailing last week. I called and spoke with a broker. He gathered some information and said he would get back to me in half an hour. That was last week. I called them this afternoon and told the person I spoke with about this. He of course apologized and said he would have someone call me within the hour. That was 5 hours ago. They're busy I get it. But to not find a couple of minutes to give me a call and at least tell me he would be getting back to me is unacceptable. When a person is dealing with refinancing their home, it's an important event. There are questions and concerns. Communication is really important. To me, that means keeping your word and calling when you say you will. Their inaction demonstrated how little they value my repeat business. They have totally disrespected me. The way I see this is that if the initial contact is this bad it's not going to get better. And I know that to be true. In my opinion, anyone needing the services of a broker can do better than to choose Clear Path Lending. The review was helpful. I got a response from Clear Path. I spoke with a broker that I had dealt with previously. He provided a plausible explanation and an apology. I'm dealing with them again and I think that going forward there won't be the issue that I had previously.
