Our experience with ClearPath Lending from start to finish was great. The timing was perfect, and the people we dealt with were honest, professional, and did what they said they would do. One of the finest experiences we've had in our 54 years of marriage. Doug & Salle

Steven Vallejo made this the best experience possible. Everything he told me would happen did happen. I never was In question of what was going on he was in constant communication with me during the entire process. Compared to my original lender this process was night and day. He's excellent at what he does and it shows. I would recommend Steven and clearpath lending for anyone who wants an easy informative process without worry. - Steven Sparks

My experience with Clearpath began with a personalized approach by the Clearparth representative. He provided me with an in depth analysis of the possible routes of refinancing my mortgage. Explained in depth all of the options. With his informative insight, I was able to choose a refinance option that increased my principal payment and lowered my monthly payment. I was walked thru the process with any and all questions being promptly answered. I highly recommend this professional institution with its talented, professional and caring staff.
