Quick and easy = satisfied borrower!
There is no doubt whenever an individual or family refinances their property fear of the refinance will not go as planned. However, the various contacts at Clearpath Lending assured me, both in word and in deed, that the loan would go through and fund. I am pleased to say that within 30 days it was in fact funded and we now have a lower monthly payment. It was, just like they said it would be - quick and easy.

We have used ClearPath for almost 7…
We have used ClearPath for almost 7 years. My loan officer calls almost every day to keep me updated on every movement of my application. Always close on my timeline and usually in a day or two from all of the paperwork clearing.

Great customer service
Viet was very professional and sent me very easy instructions to follow. This help the process start off smoothly. Then during the refinance he kept me in the loop about the entire process elevating any questions or concerns I may have had.
