I worked mainly with Nick and Kristin who were very communicative and open about the process. They both answered questions I had very quickly and in easy language that was informative and worthwhile. If someone isn't familiar with a mortgage refinance, these are the people to have on your side, explaining every step of the way. They ended up locking in a great rate and accommodated all my questions/needs, even before I had them!
