Danielle was very helpful in helping me and getting all my questions answered and my issue with two of my units resolved.

These guys have been awesome. They are communicative, honest, and easy to work with. During Covid, I took 10 of my cars off the road but I forgot to cancel the trackers. I called Clearpath after the fact and told them that I would appeciate if they refunded me since I wasn't using the trackers... most companies would have come up with some reason why they couldn't, but clearpath didn't even blink. They gave me the money back without a hassle. All around great company to work with!

Over the course of having our multiple GPS trackers from ClearPath, they have always been fast to answer questions and help with any issues. I have one vehicle which likes to fight connecting after the vehicle has had routine maintenance where they unplug the device. They have always been responsive same day, to get the tracker to start reading again on the map. This quick response if a big factor for me!

Every time I have contacted GPS for support on one of our vans they have been incredible, helpful, knowledge and just seem like a really good team.

All the customer service reps have been able to answer my questions and help with all my needs for the business. They get back with you within hours and are always polite.

I have used Clear Path for years and only recently have I had an issue that need customer service. The response was quick and the resolution to the issue was easy.
