Honestly, where can I start? I had a problem with a product not being reviewed and Fernando helped and got back to me very fast. He solved the issue within a good timeline and was absolutely helpful in every way he could be!

The support team answered my report within minutes, and we got everything sorted in less than an hour over the span of 1 day. Overall super helpful and fast, the only thing taking it from a 5 star to a 4 star is because of the weird product review system, previous products at much lower quality images were accepted, while more recent ones at higher quality were taken down for low quality, but thanks to the supports help I finally listed 3 assets!

I had purchased a 30$ product that swayed me to believe that I was going to get a part of the profit that came from the game. When a few minutes later I found out that that was not true, i tried to refund it. However, the website logged me out and did not allow me to log in, as well as ignoring whatever emails I had sent to their support. 30$ is a lot to me, and I with full authority, legality, and permission demand my money back.
