Customer support is excellent, responds fast and is friendly. They usually respond quick, within a matter of hours if not before and it was pretty easy to set up a store and i'm now passively making income, and a special thanks to Stan and Fernando, really reliable and friendly staff members!

I bought a map from a seller on ClearlyDev The map doesn't work the door doesn't even work on the map I disputed it because the seller didn't reply to messages "Refund Denied" I contacted them, and they have said they have refunded amazing

A product that doesn't function as described isn't acceptable, and an unresponsive seller isn't the standard we hold our marketplace to. We'd like to review your refund decision directly — please email [email protected] with your order ID and we'll re-examine the case and the seller's conduct. We do take action against sellers who don't deliver or fail to respond, and your report helps us do that.
