I did one session at 35€ and at this moment it was absolutely not stated that I would be charged weekly for therapy I agreed with the therapist to another session that I unfortunately had to cancel due to someone passing in my family Living abroad, I had to travel to be with my family at this time I told the therapist I am cancelling our next session for this specific reason, that I was sorry and that I had no idea when I would be back to therapy because I needed to travel to be with my family During that time I, of course, was not monitoring my bank app A couple of weeks later I was horrified to see that clearly had charged me 450€!! They were charging me weekly for sessions I never booked or when I never agreed to weekly therapy. When you book it says “book a session”. “A” session, not a subscription, not sessions (plural). This is highly confusing and refusing to pay back such a high amount of therapy I did not have is to me unthinkable I am deeply disappointed and with empty pocket because of them No comprehension for the situation whatsoever and I suspect they make it confusing on purpose to overcharge people

Estaba muy contenta con mis sesiones con mi psicologa. Hasta que durante 1 mes me atrasó la consulta en 3 ocasiones porque no se encontraba dispuesta para realizarlas y lo acepté sin problemas. Hasta que cuadramos una cita que pudiésemos las dos, pero ese día me ocurrió algo muy grave y no pude avisarla de que no podía asistir, se lo comuniqué días después lo que pasó, pero no quiso realizar la sesión otro día, ni tampoco devolverme los 55 euros de la sesión. Me parece un acto poco humano y erróneo por su parte. Por tanto, ya no he vuelto a usar la app. He buscado otros medios, y aún sigo reclamando el coste de esa sesión.

Contratación sencilla, comunicación fluida con tu terapeuta, facilidad para agendar tus citas y llevar un histórico de las mismas, incluso con la posibilidad de añadir anotaciones en las mismas. La única pega que le pongo es el plan de pago, que te “obliga” a suscribirte aunque solo quieras 1 sesión, por lo demás muy contenta con esta plataforma

Me encanta que la plataforma Clearly permita reservar sesiones de un día para otro — para mí es extremadamente cómodo. Acceso rápido a la terapia justo cuando lo necesito, sin largas esperas.
