Good therapist and AI tools
First of all I really matched with the therapist I was given. Then something that I love is that there is an AI taking notes and then you receive a list with the main points you have talked about, with the explanations to concepts, with a to do list and the topics that you talked about and how much you talked vd your therapist

Hola, súper contenta y con resultados muy positivos con Alberto. He entendido muchas cosas de mi misma y reafirmado otras que necesitaba. Tb he comprendido comportamientos que tenía que no eran los más adecuados. Tengo muchísima más alegria🩷

La facil y comodo
La facilidad para concertar la cita, y tener la sesión en la comodidad de tu casa. Lo fácil para agendar con tu terapeuta y si prefieres probar con otro (no es mi caso) lo puedes hacer
