What you don't know or understand about my experience regarding the over 65 Social Security Retirement vs Medicare A, B, C, D, Medicaid if you're eligible that is for Medicaid, journey is not only daunting but down right over the top confusing. I really had to step away from the beginning of this process because I experienced agents who did not know how to explain the benefits. Which means to me so were they confused. Well stepping away was a good idea but 2.5 years later I finally spoke to a cool, knowledgeable, patient agent who answered every question I asked and made it make sense. Wow, Ms. Deborah Stout, Clearlink Agent was not only professional but caring and she listened to a senior citizen's woes and discontentment with this whole Medicare thing. She actually listened. And even if she was pretending to listen that was even perfect. So, thank you Agent Deborah Stout for your professional assistance for this senior citizen. You made it worth the while to wait 2.5 years to speak with you to register me with Humana Advantage Gold Plus. So far so good! I'll know for sure after January 1, 2025, if I made the best choice for me. Peace and Joy to Ms. Deborah Stout. She's a keeper Clearlink CEO's.
