It was easy to explain what we had before with a plan that was no longer available and with a help of a broker we found a similar plan also in a new place at that. Doctors, prescriptions, were confirmed, pharmaceutical found and dental and glasses allowances explained.

Deanna Phillips was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. She verified all of our drugs were covered and checked our doctors for in or out-of-network. I have one doctor who is NOT in-network and she explained what my cost would be should I choose to continue to see him.
