I spoke with Jessica Oliver who was one of the most knowledgeable agent I've ever met. She was very patient and very helpful in getting information on my doctors if they are in-network. She did a remarkable job! Please share this review with her as due to my time constraints I had to sign up with the plan online nand not going through her which would have been beneficial to her.
