I'm actually surprised to say how great this experience was. End-to-end I was probably on with them for 10 minutes or so. The program is easy to use, and the two people I interacted with were kind and professional! They submitted my results straight away and the DMV quickly let me renew my license! My only note to you is to be prepared to have your laptop somewhere high (like a table or counter) and enough space to take 10+ steps backward. I had to move some furniture around and wasn't prepared for that, but they were patient with me while I did it!

The whole experience was super quick, easy and so convenient. Took less than 15 minutes, maybe even less than 10! Would recommend to anyone!

Easy and convenient. Save yourself a trip to the DMV or trying to figure out the DMV website to book a reservation.

Super easy. Friendly and courteous. They even walk you through submitting your results to the DMV.

It was very helpful mostly the gentlemen from dmv that helped. He was quick and precise. Thanks to his assistance I got to renew my driver license by doing my eye exam virtually.

Fast easy great service no waiting in line thank you

Great Service.

Took literally 5 minutes, the guy who did my eye test was super nice. I was able to have an on-the-spot appointment late at night on a Wednesday! It was extremely easy. Super satisfied.
