I had a great experience. Half an hour after I discovered the service online, I was on a video call. Half an hour after that, my test was finished, they had submitted the results to the dmv, and I had finished my online drivers license renewal. It may be more expensive than going for an in-person exam and posting in the renewal documents, but it is a whole lot easier and saves so much time - especially as I had to renew from England. Will use this service again.

Super easy, quick to get a technician (who was very friendly), easy set-up with laptop and proper distance from it, then the optician came on in just a few minutes and was very friendly as well. Loved how seamless this was.
