They seem to not explain things very well. We were never told that they wouldn't negotiate with a creditor until the account was charged off.

I think I was misleading on these fees and how long has taken to get the creditors off my credit you guys need to be be clear when you’re signing up a client that’s my opinion

Lack of communication and the timeframe; I still have four other accounts that have not been solved yet and I’ve been paying for over six months now.
