signing up for a new policy was easy and nice. however, I would have liked to have been notified immediately when my credit card failed and given me a chance to pay with another card... but instead, I had to sign up over again and it cost me $50 more... which made me a little upset.

Cut my rates so amazingly that I'm paying almost half of what I was with root. I was with root for 2.5 years and my rates went from 100 liabilitity to 65 for full coverage to 109 full coverage to 131 full coverage to 127 full coverage. No accidents or claims yet look at the rate difference
