I contacted my local ClearChoice. They tell me they do not accept dental insurance of any kind. They would be happy to help with credit. I feel this company in partnership with the credit card company. And after reading the negative reviews, I would not go there.

Don't Go to ClearChoice
My husband went to ClearChoice in Creve Ceour, Missouri, six years ago for a complete set of implanted teeth, upper and lower, and had a very satisfactory experience. When my teeth started causing problems, I thought that would be the way to go for me, too.
I learned that the different ClearChoice offices are franchised and, although the product is the same, the service may vary within each franchise. This was certainly the case at Creve Ceour. There was a completely different staff for my experience than that my husband had. During the initial visit, the “sales rep” consulted with the doctor to determine if my case qualified for the procedure. I believe now that they were checking my credit rating, not the condition of my mouth. The cost had increased $15,000 in the five years since my husband’s procedure, with the explanation that they used better quality material now. Payment in full had to be made before they would schedule my next appointment.
After my husband had his teeth extracted and the temporary plate was inserted, he had very little problems or swelling. I, on the other hand, had swelling and bruising from my eyes to my chest for two weeks. After a few weeks, a portion of the lower plate broke off, exposing sharp edges that cut into my cheek and tongue. When I tried to get it repaired, I was told they didn’t have time to squeeze me in for at least a week. Even though I was at the office, no one would see me and a security guard was called to escort me out. The repair, when it did happen, took about ten minutes, and involved merely melting the edge and smoothing it. The next set, the prototype set, was a complete mess. The upper and lower plates didn’t fit together, but Dr. Ostrand, who checked the fit, merely said he would change things on the computer and did nothing to adjust the fit in my mouth. I had to live with the poorly fitting teeth for three weeks. This set also broke in exactly the same place as the previous set had broken.
When I was finally given my PERMANENT set of teeth, I mentioned that they didn’t fit, and that the upper plate was tight. I was told that would adjust itself or that the doctor would adjust it at the follow-up visit. I was also given a six months appointment along with a bag containing my temporary plates and told to be sure to bring the bag along for the next appointment. At that appointment we were informed that Dr. Ostrand was no longer at that office. After this visit, where Dr. Pinkston, who quickly adjusted my plate to relieve the tightness, and a new tech, who did not seem competent, taking 45 minutes to remove my plates, I was informed that I owed $350 because it was a cleaning and repair visit, not a follow-up visit. Oddly, we had been informed earlier that this office no longer did cleaning or repairing of existing plates. When I protested the fee, saying that I had not been informed that there was an additional charge for this visit, the same security guard was called to escort me out. I was then sent a letter from Dr. Daniel Pinkston informing me that I would no longer receive service at that office.
My teeth still do not fit well, even after the adjustment and we were given names of other dental offices to have the plates cleaned. The upper and lower plates do not fit together well, causing me to occasionally bite my lip and cheek. The material that was used to cover the holes for the screws fell out a few days after the last appointment, and my tongue navigates to those holes, which have sharp edges. A visit to another office should be covered by the Creve Ceour office, which charged an exorbitant amount of $50,000 (a discounted price because my husband had been a patient) for my procedure.

Clear choice dentist are just a bunch of crooks looking to nickel and dime you
I've checked clear choice out and they are just a bunch of con men. Once you go in for the " free" consultation they ask you to put some money down to secure a spot, Dont do this because you will never see the money again. All a sudden they start having fees and then you have to speak with a dentist to get a small portion back. Horrible experience

Please do not go to Clear Choice off…
Please do not go to Clear Choice off Cypress Creek road in Ft. Lauderdale. My mother had a horrifying experience there. Tremendous pain, bleeding and discomfort. The doctor was extremely rude and selfish. He owns the office in Palm Beach as well. They have no headquarters to complain. I had to go to visits with her just so she wouldn’t feel mistreated and held down during certain procedures. I complete disaster and nightmarish experience. I wrote this review as a track record so others will know. The owner/ doctor (Dr. A) is TERRIBLE. This is my opinion and sharing with others

DO NOT DO CLEARCHOICE!!!
DO NOT DO CLEARCHOICE!!!
The basis of this review if from the horrible experience my father had with the terrible company. He was lured in by the FALSE promise of new teeth in one day. He knew that this wasn't exactly one day... what he didn't know was how he would spend YEARS of his life in horrible teeth pain he lost tons of weight in the process from being unable to eat. He had monthly or bi month appointments of grinding down bone, adjustments and tons of horrible painful procedures. He 100% regretted this. Also to make things worse he developed mouth cancer in this time and was not notified by these dentists, when it was made obvious to his in hindsight that they would whisper things of this nature behind his back. They only notified him of the sores they saw when it was too late. Horrible medical malpractice and absolutely FALSE advertising. Do not fall for this! Do not do this!

Scam Operation
Dr. Sandra Scibetta agreed to see me the other day to see why the implant I received from the Long Island City Clear Choice was causing me pain. On a scale of 1-10 the pain was 10. The Long Island City office was closed for the entire week and would not bring an on call doctor in so after spending 24 hours of constantly calling their answering service and talking to Dr. Athar, an assistant Josie and the manager, Marcus they all were completely uncooperative and did nothing to help except arrange for Dr. Scibetta to see me in Brooklyn. She had an x-ray taken and proceeded to gaslight me into thinking it looked fine. (She needs to add gaslighting to her bio as should all the employees of this scam operation). Still in pain and waiting to see the "on call" Dr. Athar on Monday. I'm literally frightened to experience more damage from this poor excuse of dental center however Dr. Athar did see me on a day this center was closed to repair the tooth that Dr. Srour chipped while he implanted the screw part, so I'll trepidatiously see if she can help. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this scam operation if you value your health.

I had four consultations and I selected…
I had four consultations and I selected Clear Choice.
1) Pro: The entire staff projected a friendly atmosphere.
Con: What was discussed at the consultation was different than what I experienced.
A) It hurts after surgery. I was given the impression pain will be minimal.
B) They will correct any problems with their denture that was made improperly. False.
> The denture was never fixed even though I complained multiple times. I felt I was tortured while they were pretending to do modifications that never were fixed.
>The denture causes me to frequent bite my cheeks.
>The Denture is not functional for chewing food. An example of what it is like; you are trying to chew your food when your gum hurts. You chew food very carefully. You feel pressure on your implant while chewing. You're afraid you might damage your gum while chewing. Your denture constantly feels loose while you're chewing. The food gets jammed in between your gum and denture and it is very uncomfortable. Your taste of food is reduced and you don't enjoy eating as much.
C) They say they will give you a document so that you can submit it to your insurance. Clear Choice does not accept insurance. You must pay for the entire process in advance. The implant and denture cost is at most $55,000.00 The finance option they provide is around $2.50 for every dollar. No bank will give you a loan for medical procedures. Once you submit an insurance claim, you are lucky if you get reimbursed $1,000.00. It takes more than 6 months to be reimbursed.
D) No more gum disease after implant. False. Their Doctor tells you differently.
E) The denture will last a lifetime if you get it cleaned once a year. False. The doctor and her assistant tell you, you need to clean twice a year. Each cleaning costs $350.00.
2) After Consultation
>Once you paid in full, they want you to sign a liability document. Right before you are put to sleep for surgery, the surgeon makes you sign the same document again.
3) After Surgery
> You will have many appointments to get your temporary denture. Again, my denture was never right. You get what they want you to have. That was my experience.
>Final denture is a little better, but I have the same problems as I have mentioned above.
If you are reading this review, I hope you have a better experience than I did. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have chosen ClearChoice. It was a very expensive mistake.

Getting dental implants through clear…worse decision you could ever make
Getting dental implants through clear choice dental is by far one if the worst decisions I have ever made. My decision to go with them was based on them because I travel from Texas to Michigan & wanted to be able to have an office in both states. I was told by Dr Alfaro at my first visit at the Dallas, Texas office that my jaw bone was deteriorating. I did not want to be toothless. I've had 4 break out even with eating. One of the breakages cause the post to be exposed & cut the bottom of my tongue which took away several taste buds & caused an infection. When I finally got my permanants right away my mouth became very dry.Dr. Alfaro said that would clear up in a few days. It didn't. Everything I ate or drank tasted like a cup of salt. I couldn't hardly eat anything. This resulted in me loosing about 20 lbs in 2 weeks & my white blood count went dangerously low. I had someone take me there as I was way too weak to drive & remove the implants. Right way I noticed a difference in my mouth. It wasn't dry anymore. Before they put my permanants in simply because they have no clue what they are doing they realized the gum area had not been stained yet. They stained them right there and within a 1/2 hour of staining put them in my mouth. The staining I believe is what cause my taste buds to go so far off wack. I now have the temporaries back in. My taste buds are still off on most foods. I am so weak that all I want to do is sleep. That's not normal at all for me. I have asked for my $36,000 back to be able to find a dentist that can fix my problems. No responses to this. They continually say they will get it right.
