My consultation experience did N O T in any way resemble a "medical, dental or otherwise proper review of My health or condition! It was the most appalling excuse for help w/ a lifelong affliction i have ever experienced! A prime example of people's vulnerabilities being exploited and taken advantage of! I did not consult or speak w/ any doctor! i was taken back by a "tech" w/ attitude to an x-ray/scan. Then i was placed in an office that looked like a bank managers office. Nothing about it resembled a doctors office or exam room. Except for model teeth placed on the coffee table like model cars for sale. another girl w/ more attitude came in, pushed play on a monitor and said she'd be back. 10 min video.. then waited another ten. girl came back and immediately approved me. She did not ask or care anything about my situation. She even stopped to text message on Her phone while i was expressing my concerns!!! She then took me to another room for ...the SALES PITCH! The overall cost to fix my problem? $43,000. And that includes the gracious discount of $5,000 that she says they are "willing" to apply to my "account"... w/ additional attitude and pressure to comply at no additional cost!... You will NOT see a doctor, nurse or specialist at consultation. You will see a salesperson. And You will NOT be seen again until you're ready to commit to financial payment! There is nothing humane or medically involved w/ this company's practices!

I went for a initial exam. I pretty much new what to expect. I felt that the concentration was on getting you to sign up and get financed. My dental condition was related to a car accident. I asked for a written breakdown as to cost and medical coding for such. I understood that they did not accept the insurance, but my insurance(both health, dental and auto PIP) would have reimbursed me for such, but I needed the written document. The manager who I dealt with asked how soon did I want to have the procedure done and I stated as soon as possible with the above and medical clearance being given. The manager asked to give him a couple of days and he would send me all of what I requested. I never heard from him. I even sent an email reminding him and have still not heard back. The Manager's name was Kendrick Wilson at the St. Pete location. Now after waiting almost three weeks, it is obvious that they were more interested in signing a financial contract with their sales presentation than to actually help their patients. If they could not even do the simple think that they agreed to...why would I trust them in a proposed experience that could take up to eight months for completion but yet wanted payment up front. Oh, by the way, I was not interested in financing...maybe that's were they make more money on a rebate of charges thru their third party. Run, don't walk!

Recent experience is lower than 1. My temp implants (full mouth) were a caring /kind of experience.... Showed up at the office because I waited an hour and half for a call to help me. Still didn't have anyone to see me. That erased....a dr ground/polished what is here. Shoved a water pik at me and sent me on my pain driven tears home. I'm 3 weeks in now. I am absolutely regretting paying 41,000 dollars up front. I understand adjustments may be made. My trouble is the care I've had...like they have me by the BALLS. And I will be going back! The water pik is the worse of any dr free bees Which can mean you have no product backers??

clear choice has a lot of deceptive practices. they will promise to service you with being paid through there loan process, yet when they cannot deliver what is promised they write you off and tell you to seek another dental center to help you with the issues they have created. has anyone had a very bad experience with clear choice in raleigh nc !!!!

Please do not go to this place, we spent thousands of dollars getting my wife's teeth done. They put snap on implants on the top and a partial for the bottom. This was done 3 years ago and the partial has broken 3 times since. They obviously use an inferior product. They now tell us that we need to upgrade and get full implants for over 30 thousand more. We were never told that the partial that they made in their shop was so fragile. I have tried to talk to the doctor, George Wu on the phone, and Monique and Desiree were extremely defensive and told me that the doctor is not going to call me back. Instead, they kept pitching me to get this very expensive package done. They are totally unprofessional and I felt very upset after talking to them. I asked them if I could come in to see the doctor, and they said if I come in, they will have me removed by security. Please do not do business with this company.

The commercials are all lies. Poor people can't afford these implants and they are not afraid to let you know that. I went to the Glen Allen Virginia location (the date of my experience below is inaccurate but it made me enter a date within the last year.) was 2 years ago. I went in and right after "she" entered the room with me, I told her that i was disabled and that I was a Veteran and what I would like to do about my teeth and right off the bat, I was made to feel like I was too poor. She said that we don't accept dental insurance and that it would cost around $45-60 grand for a full set of implants and if I wanted financing that I would need to have a 700 credit score. She walked me out but what she didn't know was that if she would have been respectful, I would have paid cash.

I was quoted one price by Zach Schmitt on October 28, 2024, when I received my temporary implants and I was told that was the total price. When I go in for my follow up appointment I was told that I needed $8,000 - $9000, more. These people need to be investigated undercover for deceptive practices and their dishonest tactics will come to light. I was pissed off about them lying. At this point their point is to make as money as they can. The person that I saw today February 26, 2025 is named Michelle Bartenfelder. She didn’t make any sense. Clear Choice has pissed me off. I will pursue this further.

Don't do it! I CANNOT recommend this place in good conscience. They prioritize money over patient care, and their tactics are deceptive and unethical. Lack of Transparency & Education – They rush through explanations instead of adequately educating patients. Unless you specifically ask, they don’t inform you of what you’re entitled to. Ignoring Established Patients – Once you’re an existing patient, you’re no longer a priority. I have been waiting and begging for two months for a response and still haven’t heard back. Price Manipulation – They quoted me one price over the phone, but when I arrived to pick it up, they charged 2.5 times more. Fear Tactics – At my appointment, they claimed I had "limited time" and needed to proceed soon. When I asked about my options, they pushed for what they felt was best. I asked for an estimate of costs, and as mentioned, I am still waiting. Now, here’s the worst part... Ten years ago, I had full mouth implants—the most painful experience of my life. Fast forward to now, and I need everything removed, my bone rebuilt, and the entire process redone. Why? Because I experienced severe bone loss due to issues with vitamin and calcium absorption. They KNEW my medical history. They KNEW I had conditions that put me at high risk for this. Yet, they NEVER warned me. They saw dollar signs instead of a patient who deserved full disclosure. And now, I’m left scrambling to figure out how to afford another major procedure—one I NEVER would have gotten if they had been honest from the start. They don’t see the person struggling to add yet another expense just to be able to do something as basic as eating. I can now consider legal action, going to a Dental School for a cheaper alternative, or financing for an ethical and caring professional to help.
