Clear choice, did not follow through on my treatment plan after getting denture implants. After the original procedure they fell through the cracks. Had three different doctors during this process. The last doctor was absolutely horrible. Had an infection. The doctor never came in to consult with me. Never recommended an antibiotic. Had to request for an antibiotic. Doctor had an assistant to handle a problem that should had been handle by the doctor. They were fully paid $14,000 through Greensky Services. Dental contact does not expire until 2027. Had to get a second and third opinion on services that should had been included and treated through their company. I had to pay another service provider to complete the work that should had been done through them. They informed me that there was nothing they could do except give me regular dentures. My implants were not working any longer. Had services done at another professional dental service. Everything was fixed. Mouth is feeling wonderful. Clear Choice does not follow through, Once they have received your service and money. Doctor was horrible.

This is my second review for Clear Choice I went back for a follow-up visit when I needed to replace the Rings in my upper denture and they wanted to charge me $100 each for those little rubber rings they are such greedy people and what I went through the first time with getting my dentures all the trouble and the mistakes they made this just tops It Off because this was part of a follow-up visit but now because I've didn't need them for a while they now want to charge me a $400 that I should have still been able to have the follow-up visit to get these replaced from my original visit I wished I had never went there. Beware because once you leave just like this they're still after your money no matter how much you pay. Being I'm putting this information on another site besides Google I wanted to share the previous experience I had it took them 18 months to get my teeth where I could use them to take them home they made so many mistakes put me through a lot of pain it was like a dog and pony show. It was the most stressful time in my life to have put out the money that I did and not get the teeth an upper denture and a lower partial that were snap-ins and having my no teeth and the ones that they gave me to wear home were so painful and they had to adjust those and remake those also it was the craziest thing at one point they had glued The Denture in my mouth and could not get it out and had to drill it out of my mouth it was the most horrible experience I've ever had. And then to go back because another office could not replace the Rings in the Denture that they do that so that you have to come back to them and I told him I wouldn't never be back and now that I did have to come back for that again it's nothing but greed I had Rings put in another denture from another office and it didn't cost me about $100 that's $25 per ring and they want to charge $100 they're just out for the money. And I wanted to point out during the 18 months and the $26,000 I paid. I had to go to Axiom dentistry in Knightdale to get another set of dentures made that only cost me $4,000, so that I would have teeth.

Implants should always "take". It fails when your born isn't dense enough. I'm reading these fellow reviewers and the 5 star reviews are citing implant failures. I had them remove my failed post from overloading it installed by a different surgeon. These guys are an absolute joke, don't care how healthy your bone is. I didn't return for the new one. Got my implants on 7/2023 and my last visit was on 1/2025 exactly how long does it take to have your implants adjusted right . After that amount of time I got frustrated and now I have a gap between my gums and implant and a bump that I asked repeatedly for them to address but realized they didn’t care now I talk with a lisps a the gap is driving me crazy not to mention I got a lopsided arch so I asked why and was told I didn’t have enough bone material but at no point did they ask if I wanted a bone graft also they pulled out my two left molars which completely defeated the purpose of getting them in the first place but their answer to that was these god awful partials that I could only wear for about thirty minutes before they started hurting gums and cheeks cause they were flared at the bottom. Also on the right side of the implant when I use a my water pick it hurts like I’m hitting a nerve but the dentist told me the pressure was too high if that were the case then why don’t the rest of them hurt. I thought it was supposed to give me confidence but this company has done the exact opposite at this point I’m going to see a real dentist and get them to assess the problem and call a lawyer so this company pays for all the damage they’ve done. Now I can’t even chew my food which my goal in the first place.

I had an app . At the West Covina location , didn’t even had a chance to see the doctor I asked the receptionist I wasn’t sure if I wanted permanent dentures or implants ? What’s the difference? She called another lady and she told me it will be better if I go to a dentistry it’s cheaper and they can help you there . This place it’s to costly for denture implants and they don’t accept insurance. Wow ! It was a free consultation didn’t even gave me a chance to go in for the free consultation. Will definitely not recommend this place at all .

I got a implant bridge shouldn’t got it they wouldn’t even fix to my liking Big azz teeth even the the shave it down a little I still wanted it to look better they basically told me it’s nothing they can do about it I’m so mad for a year I been walking around with this big implant bridge that makes me feel like I have to try extra hard to smile and it’s looks bulky and it’s just terrible I tried to find a cooperate number and was told they don’t have a cooperate number then went in to be seen about 3 to 4 times they just was like oh we don’t think it’s worth fixing it the way you want there some unpleasant a holes it’s supposed to be for customers liking now I’m in debt for like 10 thousand dollars for ish I don’t even want smh

They left me for đead in an urgent situation. I am recently out of the hospital paralyzed from infection in my hip. Can't see a GP yet so I have to use urgent care to get my prophylactic antibiotics. Their Doxy software wouldn't work right on 3 different phones to sign one of the forms. They already had that forms from a previous visit a month ago but they wanted a new one. They wouldn't allow me to send it outside of Doxy. They said I had to physically go into their office. I explained I was recently paralyzed and couldn't do that. She hung up on me. Not taking antibiotics for my generic disorder is fatal for me. Woke up with a fever, neck screaming in pain and nauseous and out of antibiotics. I asked for a referral to some other clinic and they refused.

They tried to breech the contract I had to get a lawyer.It was supposed to be approximately five months and still have not finished going on twenty one months. They will not call you back.
