CleanTalkReviews of cleantalk.org

Easy to install and Work very well

As a website manager, the constant battle against spam form submissions was a significant drain on our time and resources. We tried various CAPTCHAs and basic filters, but the sophisticated bots always found a way through, cluttering our inboxes and databases with hundreds of fake leads and abusive messages. Then we integrated Cleantal.org as a plugin on our site, and the difference was night and day.

CleanTalk is one of the most reliable and efficient anti-spam solutions I’ve used. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a simple, effective, and trustworthy anti-spam tool.

CleanTalk Review – Reliable and Effective Spam Protection for WordPress Managing multiple WordPress websites often means dealing with a constant influx of spam comments, fake registrations, and bot-driven form submissions. Despite experimenting with numerous anti-spam solutions—including honeypots, various reCAPTCHA methods, and even custom-coded scripts—spam remained a persistent problem. CleanTalk proved to be the one solution that completely resolved the issue. After implementing the CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin across several sites, the difference was immediate and remarkable. Within hours, spam activity dropped to virtually zero. Over a year later, the results have remained consistent—CleanTalk continues to block spam effectively without interfering with legitimate user interactions. One of the standout features of CleanTalk is its seamless user experience. Unlike traditional CAPTCHA-based methods that can frustrate visitors, CleanTalk operates silently in the background. It analyzes submissions intelligently, distinguishing real users from bots with impressive accuracy. This ensures a smooth browsing experience while maintaining robust spam protection. The plugin’s management dashboard is straightforward and informative, providing detailed statistics on blocked spam and allowing centralized control over multiple websites. It’s also lightweight, meaning it doesn’t slow down site performance—a critical factor for SEO and user experience. CleanTalk is actively maintained, with regular updates that keep it compatible with the latest WordPress releases. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, providing prompt assistance when needed. Overall, CleanTalk stands out as one of the most effective and dependable anti-spam solutions available for WordPress. It delivers long-term results, requires minimal configuration, and offers excellent value for website owners seeking a professional, set-and-forget spam protection system.

Like most websites with any sort of form I was getting deluged with spam. Tried all the obvious things suggested over the internet but there was nothing effective against the swarm of bots out there. I've now passed 6 years with cleantalk, and during all that time only 4 spam emails have got through. I utilise the API in an unusual but highly effective way. When the form is submitted, if the API reports it as spam they get a standard response so they don't know anything is wrong, their ip is then added to my own database. On every page of the site, my own database is checked first, and previous offenders then just get a completely blank page so they are completely blocked from future access.

We installed CleanTalk Anti-Spam on our website because our contact forms were getting flooded with spam every single day. It got to the point where our daily email sending limit was being reached because of all those fake submissions. After setting up CleanTalk, everything changed almost instantly. The spam stopped, and we could finally see only genuine messages from real customers. The best part is how simple it was to integrate, no complicated setup, no captchas. It quietly blocks spam in the background without interrupting real users. If you’re dealing with the same issue, CleanTalk is absolutely worth it.
