I’ve used cleanster for booking a cleaner for my home for over 2 years. It’s fast and easy. I like the rebook option that allows me to always book the same person who I trust. When there were small glitches in the app, their client support team is always very responsive by text.

Im a cleaner, I maintained several appointments with this company each time I was set to go out and at some of these appointments I did arrive either it was the wrong location or the client needed to reschedule. I recall the very last straw was sending me out on a call where there was no visible home or commercial location due to construction or roads being closed. I asked about compensation for gas seeing that 2:of these calls were over 19 mi away from my location they had paid me less than $12.00 gas compensation for each call. After expressing my concern and disappointment they no longer answered my calls or emails I continually receive notifications that I've been chosen for jobs but I never received them. Seemingly they are using my profile and profile information and assigning The chosen jobs to other people I have no idea what these people are doing and I cannot speak with anyone

I am grateful to be a part of this growing team I can always call when I don’t understand something my bosses always answer they extremely helpful and respectful they always have a solution for every problem they care about our time and they always try to make sure that I keep work. Very grateful. Thank you CleansterPro keep up the great work and keep the jobs coming cause I’m always ready to work let our team come show you how much we love making our clients happy

It's refreshing to partner with a company that is so professional, transparent, and dedicated to its partners' success. Cleanster is truly wonderful all around, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking to grow their business with a reliable and supportive partner.

Very satisfied!

Not reliable at the moment. I scheduled an appointment and then it got rescheduled for the next day. Nobody showed up and then it later got canceled.

Cleanster has been my go-to platform for managing Airbnb cleanings as well as providing me with properties that need a cleaner for extra income. The system is designed to handle the specific needs of vacation rentals, from quick turnovers to following detailed and time effective checklists. This makes every job efficient and ensures the space is always ready for the next guest. The automated scheduling and clear communication have made working with them seamless, reducing the stress that can come with managing tight turnaround times. As a cleaner and a host myself, I highly recommend Cleanster to both other cleaning professionals and Airbnb hosts looking for a reliable service. On a personal note, I have been with cleanster since the very beginning when it was still called tidy. Along for the ride with me to guide me has been Margie, an exceptional employee with a beautiful spirit and amazing attitude, I would not have even continued working if it wasn't for her and her motivation and her kindness.
