great concept, great product... but, I guess my skin's way too sensitive... made my skin breakout :(

I am on my second order of the XL towels from Clean Skin. The service is speedy and I have noticed a difference in the texture of my skin. I'm a die hard Cetaphil "wash once in the am and twice in the pm" face washer. These towels have added an extra level of clean and smoothness to my regimen.

This is the customer service you can expect after 4 emails sent. Notice the kindness in their tone: Hi Misae, Please be advised that you were the one who provided address since this was your 1st order. So I don't understand why you're claiming that it was sent to a wrong address knowing you provided the shipping address to begin with? They will never get another dime from this customer!!! $182 gone and nothing to show for it but snark remarks. I had sent many emails and thy chose to send part of the order ( the cheapest part) back to the same address I told them was incorrect!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I needed to change my subscription, and the process was very simple. I used more than usual because I had a wound to clean, and the towels were great for that.

The clean towels have worked very well. I have used the regular and the reduced wrinkle towels. Both are soft and gentle on the skin.The company has been very responsive to my inquiries.

I like washing my face with the cloths. I feel that they gently exfoliate and leave my skin feeling cleaner than just washing with my hands.
