Never received my order placed since 25 Jul. When I looked into it, I got a tracking number that didn't exist, so there was no resolution. Customer service is poor. Do not recommend.

This is so gentle and good for my sensitive skin. I highly recommend this product. Delivery is always prompt.

I placed an order on July 25. As of August 8 I have received neither tracking information nor the package itself. I was charged at the time of purchase and the site indicated 2-5 days for processing. This is not the first time I have experienced long delays and missing tracking with this seller. I will not be ordering from them again and would advise others to look elsewhere. While this company experiences delays in shipping, other companies do not. UPDATE: as of August 12, 2026 I've yet to receive my order.

Easy ordering. A discount for new customers. Quick delivery. Order included the storage box and three kinds of cloths. I brought a pack for vacation in a humid climate (which usually messes with my skin.) I’m finding this product is a great find. The larger size holds up well and works so much better than the black wash cloths.

I’ve been using the Clean Skin towelettes for three months now. It feels good to know I’m using a clean cloth on my skin instead of the wash cloths that can hold bacteria and grime. I feel like my skin looks better.
