Impressive and Best Customer Service! The ring we received from Clean Origin was more than what we could have dreamed for. It came efficiently and beautifully crafted. We receive comments daily on what an amazing ring it is, it's even better to be the person wearing it! We did have an issue regarding the stone being slightly loose and Clean Origin created a work order, shipped with insurance, and it was returned the same week. Their customer service through email is more efficient than my own work environment. They responded to us two hours later on a Sunday evening! Excellent product, prices beat brilliantearth! Customer service was top notch, I had emailed the adviser Tony (Who I believe is also the owner?) for advice and felt like he showed me options in the budget and guidelines I gave him. He didn't try to upsell me and I never felt any pressure, he was also quick to reply to any questions I had. The diamond I ordered arrived next day w/report and was as described. The only thing that kind of irked me is the stone I had been looking at for a week or two mysteriously jumped in price by $300, I decided to wait a few days and it dropped back down luckily. I proposed to my girlfriend a few days ago and she absolutely loved the the diamond!
