I googled "clean origin reviews" so that I could leave a review exactly where someone like you might be looking for one. I purchased a diamond and setting from them back in October. I loved the diamond like crazy but I had some time before proposing and wasn't quite sure about the setting I chose. The photos made it appear a bit thinner than it was. So fast forward 93 days later, 7 days before the (already gracious) clean origin 100 day return policy expires. I email them to ask if it might be possible to just return the setting. Not only do they say it's okay but they tell me to take my time and offer to extend their already insanely long return policy for me! My lazy butt finally returned the setting two days ago (I think we're on day 118; don't yell at me) and they already credited my account! Let me tell you something: These are top notch people. Also, the diamond I chose was absolutely stunning. The local jeweler I had do the new setting said it was one of the nicest diamond cuts he'd seen in his 20 year career. I'm already browsing their site for Christmas gifts next year. They have a customer for life and I promise you you will not regret your purchase! Sincerely, The World's Best Procrastinator

The diamond was beautiful and my SO loves it. I am incredibly happy with my purchase. They have a 100 day return policy which was another reason I chose them over other companies.

Had an excellent experience with clean origin. The ring is absolutely beautiful and the sparkle catches anyone’s eye she meets. She’s been complimented on it several times by random people at different stores while paying or during an interaction. Brought it to a local jeweler who said Mother Nature doesn’t make many better stones then this (she was unaware it was lab made) and gave me a quick quote of more then double what we paid. I also can’t say enough good stuff about Kim. She was awesome and helped with all my questions and concerns along the way.

The earrings arrived very quickly. They are beautiful!! I'm not a jewelry expert, but I can't tell the difference between these or something you would buy in a brick and mortar store. Beautiful earrings and I feel great about the stones being ethically sourced. Shipping was super fast. I ordered them at 2pm and they arrived the next day for no extra charge.
