Didn't have any specific problems, and the diamond was beautiful. But after placing my order it was hard to get a firm shipping date and I had to follow up with the company to ask. Again, not a huge deal, but when buying such a sensitive and expensive and TINY thing, one kind of expects to NOT have to ask for that info. But again, the diamond was beautiful. A great experience overall.

The diamond is beautiful and my wife is very happy with her necklace. It is, however, a shame that I had to take it to a jeweler locally to have the pendant made. You need to move beyond just rings because not all jewelers will mount a lab created diamond.

The lab grown diamonds are priced competitively with other online Jewelers if not the best, better than Brilliant Earth, James Allen, the Foundry. The customer response and customer service is superb, they are really understanding and willing to work with their customers. The website was easy to navigate and I love the 3d videos of the diamonds as well as the rings. They have a "100 day no questions asked return policy" and it is exactly that! No fine print! I gave them 4 Stars instead of 5 because the setting/ring that arrived wasn't exactly what I expected. The prongs holding the diamond was off. I contacted customer service and they were more than willing to rectify the issue. They'll send you return labels for two day shipping through FedEx. My overall experience has been positive other than I would like them to have better quality assurance with the end product. If the ring would have arrived perfectly set, we would have just kept it. With that, we started looking at other options for the setting. I ended up opting to keep my diamond and had it set at a local jeweler. I decided to go this route as I didn't want to have to contact the company in a few years when a paved small diamond fall out, etc. The local jeweler offered a lifetime warranty for the setting and band, including wear and tear, plating, resizing, and any other thing that may be need to be fixed. I paid twice as much for the setting and for them to mount the diamond but the lifetime warranty was what sold me. I wish the online Jewelers had better warranties but honestly, none of the online retailers offered anything more than a year at best and that doesn't include wear and tear. They only cover manufacturer defects. We needed to have the piece of mind and be rest assured that we're covered for life. With that being said, I'd still recommend Clean origin. They have the best price on the market for diamonds and ring settings.
