This company will charge you a recurring subscription without you agreeing to that. I searched all through my emails and never found an agreement. Also when you call them during their advertised business hours they say they are closed. Going online their website reported that they didn't recognize me as a customer yet they kept charging me. Unethical! I give them a total F. Steer clear!

Never received the biodegradable trash bags ordered. It was listed as a Recurring Withdrawal (WRONG) on my Debit Card as Personal Care (WRONG). Had to cancel my debit card. Lost $98.33. I ordered one time. I never set up auto on products I haven’t tried before. Yet I received notice that a shipment was being prepared to go out and my PayPal was charged. I tried repeatedly to reach them after getting the message this past Saturday morning. Email didn’t work. They aren’t open on weekends. So I tried again Monday then again today. Finally received a message for how to return! Pay the shipping and add’l $9.95!!! I will refuse shipment and dispute with PayPal! How frustrating! Their phone message says they are closed even during their business hours.

Cannot get a response from them, tried to send email with no response . Never received the zip bags . Would love to cancel but when I sign in it says no account with that email . Will have to go through credit card company to stop subscription . Sigh

I wish i could give this zero stars. Placed my order back in the beginning of January. My package on its tracking number hasn't moved since January 12! Customer service just said that theres nothing they can do about it. How about do your job and reach out the the mailing facility that YOU did business with and figure out what's going on! No refund given on top of all of this. Great cause, horrible company and people.

So frustrating! I'm trying to cancel my subscription and return my last order and their email doesn't exist! And then I tried to call like 5 times, Everytime it says their office is closed even though it was between their hours of 7am-5 pm.

Your reply is that I need to go to your www site to cancel any ongoing subscription. Again and again and again I say "your www site shows NO current subscription. NONE AT ALL. Been there, done that. Your bot does not return messages; your phone does not answer. I'd do NOT WANT to receive anything else from you folks again. And please do us the bare courtesy of having a HUMAN read your complaints, not an AI that keeps MISINTERPRETING what I am saying. But I got a message on Friday that my automatic order would be shipped today (18th). I received the message after 5 on Friday (Pacific time), so I had to wait till Monday to reach customer service, which CONFIRMED my cancelation. I even answered a survey. But today I get a note that my order has shipped and I've been billed. I just called the number provided -- it's 1:22 Pacific time on Tuesday, but your office is closed. I sent an email to customer service. NO reply. Even your "chatbot" is silent. I do not like or want more of this product bundle. This is infuriating. It will force me into the nuisance of having to return the box and wait for a refund.

The number that was listed to call on my bank statement for Cleanomic was someone’s personal number. He was polite enough to leave a nice message to contact the website. I would like to cancel my future orders. Send me what my charge of over $90.00 will cover then cancel please.
