Cleanomics took my $ out the day I ordered, said it would ship soon, and now three weeks later after a phone call to them they have no idea when it will ship. I was also signed up for regular monthly shipments which I NEVER do when trying something out, so not sure how they slipped that one in. I have tried to cancel and hope that works out.

Cleanomics had fine products, however, it is impossible to cancel any subscription. They also ship products that you did not order. Their predatory marketing is extremely. I have 2 disputes with them. At 79 years old, they bombard me with products I do not need, never ordered, and will definitely not need in my afterlife... I find their robotic customer service abusive to all, and sadly very disrespectful of customer requests, which are largely ignored. Very sad indeed. The products are very good. The marketing is abusive.

Horrible company. Shipping took forever, and when I finally received my order, there was only one item of quart-size bags in the package when I ordered the free-for-life trash bag bundle. Mind you, it took weeks to receive. So I emailed this company only for them to tell me items would be delivered in separate shipments depending on availability. I spent over $105.00 for items with this company. It is a horrible company; the Better Business Bureau should shut it down. Sorry, but not sorry for saying that.I’ve noticed several customers have had the same experience I have.

Horrible site and customer service. I signed up for the bundle and it came with "Free Trash Bags for LIFE", but thats a SCAM. when it came to get my next shipment, i wanted to change so i didn't get some of the items, i only want the trash bags. when i went to do so i couldn't access my subscription setting AT ALL, when i contacted customer service they told me they could cancel it all, i asked them to please just get me access to my subscription setting but they just canceled my whole subscription instead and now i get no bag, thats not what i wanted, i will get my bags elsewhere. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

If I could put a ----10 I would. They completed an order (which I did not authorize) and it wasn't even the order I had put in my basket with a coupon. They put through an order for double the amount, then refused to refund my money. I am BEYOND pissed at this company!!!!!

Worst customer service. False advertising on their website regarding returns. No one to talk to regarding a resolution. Subscription options insufficient. Agents incompetent.

Order was sent to the wrong address by mistake (auto-fill used wrong one) and since I had to go through ordering a few times for it to actually work with Shop, I didn't notice it was the wrong address when it finally went through. Then I saw it in the verification email. I immediately tried to find a way, any way to correct it. No matter how I tried to contact Cleanomic (chat, forms, email), it was impossible to make a very simple correction. Then I read reviews for Cleanomic and realized it just doesn't have real customer service or else I would have been able to get it shipped to the proper address right after I placed the order two weeks ago.  LOL! The reply below says I should have used the live chat on the website - I DID! I was talking to myself. NO ONE ever replied. I used the chat, email, and a form I filled out.

Total scam. I tried to cancel my subscription (thought I had canceled it; received confirmation from the company that it was canceled) in October 2024. Now they have billed me and are sending another order (I never even got the first one) and they once again said it was canceled, but then proceeded with the order. When you call, the office is always "closed", and no one responds to their online chat. There is NO WAY TO CANCEL.
