I like the idea of the bags being compostable but they do not keep foods fresh. My veggies dry out or go bad and dry foods go stale quickly. They also leak if any liquid forms. I’m sorry I bought them.

This company is a complete scam/sham/fraud.When you make the purchase they take you through at least 5 more opportunities to purchase more(I should have known). After the purchase they show you a generic type of(no information receipt).I was NEVER sent a confirmation in a text, email or other. When I reached out immediately I heard nothing back. Any company that gives you FIVE attempts to purchase more at better prices should perk ones ears.Total sham. Really sad bc they know ppl. want to help with the environment and they play on those feelings. Get a job, you're all a bunch of low down bums.

WATCH OUT for this company's claims and RUN away from any offers!! Biggest SCAM ever and they suck you in and have no way for you to stop their so-called "subscription"! A complete and well-oiled machined SCAM!! BEWARE!! Don't fall for their so called "bio-friendly" products! You will be disappointed!

This company seems like a gigantic scam. You can't get ahold of anyone via email, there's no phone number to call and there's no way to cancel any "subscription". I've just been charged again without my permission and their AI customer service email will not help. On top of that, the bags aren't even compostable. You have to take them to a recycling center near you, and there's none where i am. Such a huge ripoff.

We ordered on July lst and until now, July 16, still have not received our order. They said it is in transit. Since products are made in China, it takes that long. I should have known! Until I receive the order, I think I have been scammed of $122.99.

They are completely incompetent. I have cancelled my subscription multiple times but they keep sending product and charging me. Now I am supposed to spend time and money sending it back to get a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BADLY RUN COMPANY.

This company makes it incredibly hard to cancel their subscriptions. I cancelled by subscription with them 6 weeks ago, they still sent me another order, charged me, and are now refusing to refund me the money. Don't sign up!

I emailed inquiring about my subscription after I received only two of the products that I was supposed to receive. I never got a reply. Then three weeks later. Got a reply that my products were shipping separately, and there was no new to contact them. It took over a month to get all my products, but they charged me the full amount for all products even though they didn’t shop out together. Customer service never replied to my three emails inquiring about my products. Clearly they are too busy to be bothered with customer service. I live the product, but the coroner service is atrocious and I cancelled.
