They signed me up for a subscription with no way to cancel. Their emails dont work and on the phone they just want to give you a discount instead of cancel and refund.

Terrible customer service! i emailed and asked to cancel my subscription. the customer service told me that it was cancelled. then 6 months later, i got charged again and was shipped a box. i asked to return the box and get my refund. their support at cleanomic.com email came back invalid! Update: I had to take the box to post office on my day off to refuse the delivery. And they finally refunded me. I was trying to return an email notifying them, and my email came back undeliverable. I think they blocked me. Lol

I am requesting a refund for charges that I did not authorize. This is a subscription but i asked the to cancel it before it ship. Then I was told that the package shows as “delivered,” but I did not receive anything. Now I am being asked to file a police report for a package I never received. This is unreasonable. Why should I file a police report for something I did not order and do not even want or needed anymore. The repeated back-and-forth emails feel like a delay tactic to hold my money. This is not just about the money and the fact that I feel like I am being treated as if I did something wrong. Since this matter has not been resolved properly, I am filing a dispute with my bank.

Products are ok. Service and site is TRASH. Do yourself a favor and pay full price DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET OUT OF THE CHARGE CYCLE. I somehow have cancelled many times and have multiple subscriptions I can't stop from coming. Order numbers don't work to get you in and the AI assistants don't do anything right. If you are local I can give you products to try cause I will have them around my house FOREVER at this point.

Hopefully, the subscription has been canceled as stated in my email. The Trash Bag Bundle had already shipped. I find that impossible considering I emailed them two (2) minutes after purchase to cancel the $89.99 charge for the Clean Planet Club. I did not realize this was a second charge. It appeared on the order request that this charge would replace the $99.81 subscription. In other words, if you joined the club you would get a $10 savings on your 90-day subscription. NOT!!!!! Including tax, I was charged $203.09. I immediately emailed them to CANCEL the Club charge. They ignored this and gave me info to cancel the subscription with only a 30% refund out of the $99.81. I send another email stating you need to address the cancelation of the Club and returning 100% of my charge $89.99. After telling them, I would accept the 30% for the products already shipped, but they legally should return all of my money $89.99 for a Club charge that I will not be participating in nor has received any benefit from. Then, I was emailed stating the entire order was only being offered 30% refund!!! This is illegal to charge me 70% for something that I received nothingin exchange! Next I called Customer Service 949.541.5114. I told the person the same. All she did was kept repeating the same spill over and over! She kept talking about the subscription request to cancel. I said I had agreed to that, had no choice. But did not agree to keeping 70% of my money for the Club charge! This is illegal. I will be reporting this to the BBB and my lawyer!! I told her all of that. Then, I said goodbye BUYER ⚠ ALERT!

Beware of sneaky business practices! I made a purchase yesterday and canceled it within the hour after realizing that my husband had already purchased similar products earlier in the week. The website made it difficult/impossible to cancel the order so I promptly sent an email to customer service. Having not received a reply, I went through PayPal to stop the order immediately. The following morning I receive a confirmation of the shipping order so I again reach out. They offered an email a link through the email so I logged in only to discover I was speaking with AI. Their AI service connected me to a customer service representative who is only able to offer me a 30% discount and if I wanted a return that I’d have to be present at the door to refuse the order. I question the authenticity of this company’s values on two levels- their commitment to honesty as well as eco-friendly practices.

Great idea but they suck the bags rip very easily and the trash bags don't fit the trash cans and you can't even see what food is in the bags in the refrigerator so when you open the bags to check they rip and the food goes every where

I liked the product, and even recomended to friends and family. They sent me another order however despite that I NEVER signed up for a subscripition. they told me to send the product back for a refund, however I do not live at the old adress they sent it to. They told me I would need to have friends or family go get it for me since I no longer live in the area. DO NOT order fromt his company. My freinds and family will no longer be ordering as well.
