The bags are not easily compostable. They must go to a facility that specializes in doing that. This was not clear when I purchased the bags. They are also difficult to seal. They are very expensive. I do not recommend them.

The paper towel replacements are terrible. After first use get hard and lumpy. Try cleaning up a spill with THAT

This has been one of those frustrating companies to work with I placed an order back on 4/22/26 now it's 6/3/26 and still no bags called back in may and was offered 10% off once the order shipped which hasn't happened. Spoke to a rep tonight and left her in on what I think about their shady business dealings.

I placed an order several months ago - for trash bags, gallon, quart and sandwich size ziplock bags .:…what I got was not what I ordered then upon further reading on the boxes the bags are in it says to take bags to compost bin - I live in rural America - we have landfill/dump no compost bins available. Love the idea behind all the bags but every trash bag I’ve used so far has leaked terribly. I started doubling bags to help prevent a mess and you do have to use their bags within 6 months of purchase. I would never buy these bags ( any of them ) again and trusted Il

This experience has been HORRIBLE. I purchased a bundle and they subscribed me automatically, which has happened with companies in the past, so I usually look beyond it. Although, when I reached out several, uoon several times with no response I got worried. I even went to the website to cancel the subscription and it wouldn’t let me because it said I wasn’t on one. Then I couldn’t cancel and emailed, called and left messages, with Zero response! Finally someone responded with an offer of 10% off! I said no, please refund. Then they offered 30% off!! I said no, please refund. And then they went silent again; I have still not been able to resolve this situation. They refuse to respond. I have not been able to resolve any of this. I finally filed a duspute and put a stop on further charges on my account, but it’s scary cause they literally stopped trying to help. Nothing back in weeks. Do not trust them. They are deceptive, and they will not help if there is something wrong. STAY FAR AWAY

I wanted to order their compostable plastic bags and storage bags., which I did. The website kept trying to talk me into doing an add-on of some other things which I said no I didn't want to do that and went forward. I thought all is well until the following day I saw that I had ordered those extra things as well when I know I did not. When I tried to message the company I had to send an email but actually I found out I sent the email to an AI individual and I never heard back so I don't know what happened. I was that I didn't open the package I did get for a while. Well I opened the package today which should've had all sorts of household used compostable plastic bags what it contained was all laundry detergent dishwasher detergent things to wipe off counters all sorts of housekeeping stuff nothing having anything to do with what I ordered. It was an absolute fiasco as far as I'm concerned this company is worse than useless they are unresponsive and they are not trying to please the customer

Do not buy their compostable plastic bags. They are terrible quality and rip and break easily. I needed to throw them all out could not use it at all.

Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel in September 2025 and got a confirmation email. In March 2026, I was charged another hundred dollars for another order. I’ve emailed and they don’t answer. I’ve talked to someone on the phone and they said it’s canceled, but I don’t trust them. They would not give me a return label to return and get refunded the hundred dollars. Terrible, terrible.
