Unfortunately, the company is a scam. I found out in my PayPal account that they had signed me up for a subscription. I cancelled it before they could hit my account again. I never received the initial product, nor did I sign up for a subscription. Customer service was pleasant, but had an approach meant to delay or put off the customer. They give you a fake tracking number and it will sit for weeks claiming that the USPS is awaiting the item. Buyer Beware !!

This is a scam. I ordered some laundry detergent sheets to try the product in Feb. 21. I received the boxes of laundry sheets. I wasn't paying attention and after seeing an unauthorized charge for a recurring subscription today (in April) I saw an earlier debit in Feb ad realized I was being scammed. I called the number on the invoice (debit to my Paypal account) to insist on a refund for the April debit and to cancel the recurring subscription. The representative has a repetitive rhetorical obfuscation spiel and would not commit to refunding the money. I argued and argued but could not get a refund. I will file a dispute with Paypal and if necessary with my default payment method for Paypal with Discover. This is a scam. Don't order from Cleanomic.

Update to my original post. Finally got through to cleanomic by emailing support@*****. They gave me a big argument, gave me a LINK to a phone number (as if!) I guess so they could beg me to stay? Of course, I did not fall for that link-clicking scam. They finally wrote that they had canceled my subscription but then -- not 15 minutes later -- they sent me another email thanking me for my NEW subscription and informing me that they would take my next payment of 21.69 this coming May 21. So here we go again. Welcome to the Hotel California.

Charge twice and they haven’t sent me a damn thing. I demanded a refund on at least one of the charges until I can at least remember what the Heck I ordered and received it and they just keep giving me excuses and saying it’s going to be sent out and you know all this nonsense. They refuse to give me my money back on my second order even though I never even got my first. They suck
