I think we should close down there online business. The product is OK. But the way doing business is very nasty. What do you think?

Thought I would try their product
Thought I would try their product, what a big mistake. Contacted them by email to cancel the subscription I never agreed to, they keep sending me the product every month. What I do is file a complaint with my credit card and they refund the charge. Been doing that for the last six months. Maybe the company will quit sending the product if they don't get paid.

This company is a complete scam! Do not trust any of their advertising and do not purchase from them! You will get ripped off! Please spare yourself.

They trick you by setting you up monthly without your knowledge/Horrible customer service
Hate the product but worse is they are a scam company. I ordered the product & then they shipped me more saying that when you order you are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription. I called cust service 9/3/21 @ 1230pm EST & a girl answered the phone laughing & wouldnt help me. I called 3 times before someone would help me & they "said" my subscription was now cancelled, but wont refund me what I DIDNT ORDER! Then he hung up on me while I was still talking! Horrible customer service DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Bought a detergent and to be completely honest it was absolutely useless. Furthermore, they started to charge me money without me even realising. I now have to go to the bank and ask them to refuse payments from there. How sad.

Don't ever give them your credit card .
Don't ever give them your credit card . I didn't like the product, didn't deodorize thelaundry..It's the most expensive detergent I've ever seen. Worse.. try getting them to stop and cancel . Awful experience.

Have tried numerous time to contact…
Have tried numerous time to contact regarding shipments and charges for items never ordered. Ordered one time, 3 month supply but they keep sending and charging 21.95! "Contact us" does not work, "Manage subscription" does not work...will probable contact my bank to refuse the payments and return package.
