I liked the idea of that detergent but not the monthly subscription I did not ask for!!!!!! I liked the idea of that detergent sheet so I ordered three boxes in a go. The product is fine. But I was really surprised to receive my monthly box a month later. As far as I know, I did not require monthly subscription. I contacted Paypal who said it was a normal transaction!!! And looking at my Paypal account, the monthly subscription was turned on but I did not do it! Anyway I cancelled it immediately. Hope I will not get another box next month! The monthly subscription is quite a lot, so I will not buy anymore products from this company who, by the way, has never sent me an apology email...... At least I am not alone complaining about the same story! I had to keep the box as Paypal said it was a normal transaction and I did not feel like complaining again and again. But they have lost a customer for sure!

I wish I had checked on here first. They changed my one time order to a monthly subscription and took payment from paypal. As others have said, there is a fee for returning unwanted products. The first order took so long to arrive I thought it was a scam. I haven't even had time to try it yet and they have charged me for another box. I know cannot log in to my account on their website. AVOID

Firstly: couriers are hopeless. Secondly: the money back guarantee? You can only send back unopened packets Thirdly: plastic free means product box wrapped with bubble wrap in a plastic envelope.

I am totally amazed! I want to use less plastic, packaging and try to be good for the environment. That is why I thought I would use these washing sheets. Then I see that they are being flown in from China!!!! That's probably why it takes so long to get the order! How many kg of CO2 will that add to the atmosphere? It's almost as bad as Richard Branston stopping serving beef on his flight across the Atlantic and virtue signalling actors going veggie at the Oscars but flying in by private jet.

Earthwash. Dishonest, misrepresentation. This company produce Earthwash environmentally friendly washing powder. They advertise in UK, but are actually based in US/Canada. They have a misleading .co.uk webpage. They don't comply with UK law for online selling, won't cancel orders even immediately after placing, insist on shipping. There are many other companies, UK based, making the same products, eh Earth Breeze, Smol. My advice would be choose them!!

I ordered their 3 for $15.99 and immediately realized it was actually 3 for $50. So I instantly cancelled the order, but they would not allow it to be cancelled--I had to WAIT till it arrived. So now that it is here I attempted to get my money back and it is not their policy to refund the full amount. So I called my bank and am disputing their business practice and getting my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DECEPTIVE DISHONEST BUSINESS--THEY ARE MORE ABOUT STEALING THEN ABOUT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

After reading the reviews I tracked my order with cleanomics. I am still waiting for my 1st delivery. I ordered this as a single order as I had not used the product before. Going back onto my account I can see they have changed this to a month's subscription !! If you go on to manage subscriptions there is a way to cancel this, however they do keep trying to dissuade you but you have to keep clicking cancel subscriptions on 4 separate screens. On the last screen it makes you feel like you have cancelled the subscription however they advise you to give them another call and the subscription has not been yet cancelled !! this is the final screen, scroll down and press cancel subscription. I have also alerted paypal -fingers crossed this works.
