Right now I'm curious with this company! I tried to email bit they didn't answer Mt question. Tried the chat. Then they want to charge me. Refund or not, WRONG. If I don't get ahold of a person on Monday there is really going to be a problem. It shouldn't take almost a month to get my order from here in the US.

The company Cleanomic sent ( and charged me) for a pack I didn't order. I had previously bought 3 packs but had not purchased a subscription. I really don't like that kind of thing !

The product didn't work for me. I chalked it up to hard water. Went online to request my account. Link said I'd get an email. Never did. Requested it again. Didn't work again. Emailed in July to get my account cancelled. They said it was cancelled. Just got an email my subscription would process in 3 days. Sent 2 more emails hoping to get it cancelled. Just cancel my account.

Enraged! Great concept, however the product contains fragrance and other unhealthy ingredients. I can’t even give them away. I never signed up for a subscription, and have been billed twice for monthly products. I will be reporting them. If you are considering this product, don’t!

Set up a subscription even though I didn’t tick the box. Couldn’t log in to ‘my’ account. Never received the email claiming it would give me access to the account. I think I may have cancelled it now via chat but if it doesn’t work I will contact my credit card company and get them to do it. Product ok but not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs

Every consumer ripped off by this company should demand an explanation of why the app-based seller platforms knowingly allow these exploiters to continue illegitimate and deceptive illegal business practices. They are also receiving a cut of our wasted and hard-earned money! File a complaint with the FTC federal trade commission for online deceptive practices, file a complaint with your state regulatory board. File a seller complaint against shopify, amazon, FB, and paypal. We must stand up against all of those taking a cut and therefore not incentivized to stand up for consumer protections! --Take a video, record your customer service interaction, and document your correspondence--you will be heard when you stand up to malefeasance!! The laws are on our side!

Scoundrels! Absolute scoundrels! Keep away! They should be put out of business! After they have your credit card and you have authorized payment, they offer additional products, and if you make a mistake, as I did, and click "yes", there is no subsequent opportunity to review, confirm, or correct your order. I emailed instantly to cancel my order, but guess what? What do scoundrels do? They simple you ignored me and took an extra $25 from me.

Ordered the two box deal as new customer. Would never of subscribed as never used product before and live on my own so not even sure the frequency of use. They took money from my card without permission and have yet to refund or even send more product. The product seems ok but their business practice is shocking. Having read other peoples comments I would definitely only order a similar product from a UK manufacturer in future.
