Billed for and received a subscription order never signed up for, tried to "manage" my involuntary subscription, and system says I don't have one. Great product, dirty business practices at the online consumer level. Greedy most likely, people can still make an honest buck without resorting to this nonsense, if they choose to. Corporations being people and all. So no more from me.

I want to cancel my subscription and can't. I put my email in and Purchase ID and it says they are wrong.

I ordered 183.00 worth of product never received and their phone number doesn’t work and they never respond to emails or their live chat.

There is no way to get a hold of these people to stop or change your subscription. I have tried calling (they are not open even when they say they will be open) and when you do get through, you are on hold and then it hangs up on you. They just charged me another $107 and sent a freaking lifetime supply (haven't used all of the last ones and the soap does no clean laundry in hard water and the bags are hard to close and keep closed. We are contacting our bank to deny charges.

After you order 6 boxes for $80 something dollars, they mark you like you subscribe and the next month they send another box for $30. Without authorization, these people added 2 more boxes for $60 more of products that you don't need and didn't order. They do this to everyone that orders. Why would anyone ordered 1 box when you have 6 boxes. When you order on their page, it asks if you want to subscribe and you say no. They will tell you that you subscribe. They do it to everyone. You expect to pay around $80 y finish paying them $140. When you call them, they don't answer. Will never ever order this product from them no more. And forget about emailing them, they don't do absolutely nothing. They will take you for a ride with your money. Authorizing payments WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. STEALING FROM YOUR BANK CARD, CAUSE THEY KEEP YOUR CARD NUMBER TO ORDER THE NEXT 2 MONTHS. When you call to give the complaint and they don't pick up, cause they know what they are doing. Go online and see that everyone that has ordered, has gone thru this. And then they try to blame you.They need to take off the subscribe button, cause that's their excuse. Look online for reviews and you will see all the people that have been scammed.

Absolute nightmare to deal with! Website hangs while placing order due to multiple upsells resulting in duplicate order that they are unable (unwilling) to cancel. Refund will only be issued once order is returned (at your expense) and after handling fee... Emails come from multiple companies so not even sure who we're dealing with. (Cleanomic/BugMD)

Beware, a very suspicious company! I did a one-off order a while ago and had no problems. I then got an email a few days ago saying my subscription shipment will be sent shortly. I replied saying my purchase was a one-off and did not request a suspension. They replied that I can alter the frequency by logging onto my account instead of cancelling. I responded that I do not have an account as it’s a one-off purchase and that they need to cancel this and any future shipment. They again replied that I should logon to my account. I repeated my previous comment on my next reply and warned them that I have not authorised them to take any money from my account for any subscription. And that I have notified my bank and I would also report them.i asked for them to confirm that they have cancelled any shipments. They are very persistent and have not come back to confirm that they have actions cancellation. It I should

This has been outrageous! Do not deal with this company! It is impossible to cancel the monthly payments! This product is definitely not great! The monthly charge for more product than you can hardly use is huge. The amount of time I have spent trying to cancel makes you wonder if you are being scammed!!! YOU ARE!
