WORST customer service. Have been trying to cancel my subscription with no response. Have tried their phone, chat or email. CRICKETS!

Hi, have been trying to cancel my subscription and I got a quick reply offering me a discount on my next order and the ability to back up my date of shipment. If I still want to cancel, I was just supposed to reply. No, please cancel or something like that, I did and have not received any replies to my emails to cancel my account. I was unable to log in to manage my account and there is no way given to recover your account or a phone number to call. Their customer service is awful in this regard. I have sent another email saying I will refuse any further shipments and for them to please please cancel all my accounts and send me a confirmation email… Crickets from them. Since I received a reply from the company on this site, I am submitting an updated review. I did not get any emails from them. The ones I have gotten about shipments and the one answer I got to an email about canceling all appear in my inbox, nothing has ever gone to my spam or junk folder. I find it interesting they say sent me an email on Sunday when that was before I even emailed them about canceling in the first place - If you don’t count the two times in July I tried to cancel and never received a reply. I will Wait and see if my refund hits my account and if any further shipments show up I have taken screenshots of the emails I sent and received with them. I would like to add them to this review, but I don’t see a way to do it. I believe they say they emailed me Sunday because that was the date entered of my experience which is not correct and I really thought I put the 22, but my email thread shows it’s the 22nd. If the company would show me copies of the emails they sent on Sunday and the confirmation that they sent I would be satisfied until then. I’ll wait until see what happens and then I’ll update my review if they completely take care of This. Hotel

While attempting to cancel my subscription, the customer service department was quick to suggest ways to manage account, however as soon as I asked the second time to cancel they stopped responding. I attempted to call the number on the website and the phone is out of order. When I use my credentials (email and order number) I get the error that the information is incorrect. To me, I've been scammed. Be careful.

Be careful and manage your subscriptions closely! I tried to cancel an order and was asked to log into their system to "manage" my subscriptions. After providing the order reference number and my log-in, I got an error message stating wrong order number and/or wrong email. (I double-checked BOTH and tried again - still an error). I then emailed the "support" team and in my email let them know that I had trouble using their on-line subscription management system and asked if they could please cancel it for me. They sent a LONG email back with the heading "Cancel subscription" and I foolishly thought that was a confirmation of cancellation. It was NOT! Mid way through the page it stated that I had "choices" and to confirm my choice to cancel. The email also told me that I had to follow their cancelation procedures and cancel using their on-line system. (Remember, the one that wouldn't let me cancel!?) I just received confirmation of my new order going out, because apparently I had not "followed their instructions" on how to cancel?! ...and around and around we go! Now I am told it's too late to cancel and this will be my last order and I can return it once it's received. More time wasted and a complete lack of service. Too bad for an otherwise decent product. I have since then received an apology, (from a REAL PERSON) and they have put forth efforts to correct my situation. (That was an appreciated effort, and one can hope they will ditch their "automated responses" and screen more carefully from here on out when folks reach out for support!)

Before I was going to subscribe I wanted to see thier prodict so I brought around $100 dollars worth of their products. My items came today … missing half my items in a battered old box, I went straight online to find no customer service phone number, only an online chat … I opened the chat and text my problem… and waited and kept it open, no response as it was AI CHATBOT. I emailed also to ask for my products or the money out into the bank. Still waiting… now I wish I hadn’t bothered. Such a scam - such a shame as I was hoping to become more eco friendly. I will carry this on and get in touch with my bank about this tomorrow… asking for my money back for the missing items . Stay away folks

This company is a scam. They tell you they will accept returns and then when you try to initiate return they won’t respond.

SCAM. At checkout an extra order was added that I did not select. No review of order page, there is no way to undo it. Their system would not let me manage my order or subscription. I emailed them 5 minutes after asking to cancel the order, they said they would issue a partial refund for the added subscription. I told them to cancel the entire thing, then received a message they shipped both orders and I have to return it now for a refund. Stay away. Worst customer experience ever.

Cleanomic: “Compostable” bags can be composted “at home and commercial facilities”. How many of you will compost these at home? Probably some, but most will rely on commercial facilities. Huh, you probably don’t have one in your state. So do you locate one in the U.S. & mail your used bags to them? No, you throw them in the trash can where they will compost in the landfill. But … NOTHING COMPOSTS OR BIODEGRADES IN A LANDFILL because the conditions aren’t right!! I couldn’t find the composition of Cleanomic bags, but if they’re part/all plastic … well, plastic is plastic, and plastic can biodegrade into smaller pieces of plastic over hundreds of years. I appreciate the desire to use greener products, the planet NEEDS green products. But unless you have a compost area in your home or yard these bags will go to the landfill for forever. Be wary of the phrase eco-safe, or similar, until U.S. industry builds more recycling facilities - which they won’t readily do because fossil fuels keep capitalism alive!! Cha-ching$$$ Plastic never disappears. All the plastic ever made is still with us.
