Why is it so hard to find where this product is manufactured. Yes, its headquarters are in Michigan, but that does not me it is manufactured here. I've been trying to find this out but for 15 min. now, I can't find it anywhere. What are they hiding?

I made a decision a year ago to try this laundry detergent product for its environmental considerations. I did not sign up for recurring orders and have never repurchased from the company as I was not satisfied with the product. January 1, 2025 I am suddenly notified that my order has been processed and my account has been charged for an order which I did not make. I notified the company by text and email and attempted to contact them by phone. I received back a BS email that mirrored others posted on this platform. I notified them that I would not accept receipt of the product and the charges that they placed on my credit card would and have been denied. No response! It appears that this is a money grab to bolster the appearance of working capital that they can have on their books prior to all the refund requests are processed. Horrible!!! Interesting also that they processed the payment through a credit card account that was no longer valid! Bad product, bad business practices, bad customer service, a company to be absolutely avoided!!

I received a package I didn't order. I tried calling and going to the support site that I am not allowed to cite online for some reason. Don't bother putting it in your response as I am aware and so is everyone else by now what it is. I called during business hours and a recording said they were closed. I tried "manage my subscription" but didn't know my account number and didn't have another way to access the subscription I didn't realize I had. These people will falsely say that their records show that so and so did this and that... don't believe them. I have been trying for two days now. These people are ruining what could be a good customer experience because they have a product that supports the environment...but if you don't support your customers, you lose them. If I hear back from them, I will let you know. Today is Friday, Dec. 20th at 2:30 Pacific time. Here is my update. It is Sunday the 29th and I have heard from the support team. They have submitted a refund request (I had to pay for shipping) and they have taken me off the subscription list.

I also received a Touchless Soap Dispenser that was supposed to contain Foaming Hand Soap tablets. Please send me a double supply of tablets or let me know where to return my purchase. In your comments, another customer had the same problem.

I received my order but am missing an item. I have communicated with the company what is missing on numerous occasions and they keep telling me my order was delivered. I know it was delivered, I just want my missing item. I will not purchase again. 😒 they can't even seem to understand I know I got my order. It was just missing my hand soap tablets. How ignorant can one company be.

I cancelled my subscription 3 weeks ago. They had already charged me so I asked for a refund. They said sure 3-5 business days. And they have given me the same response each week when I ask where is my refund. No one answers their phone when you call. It states they are closed. Horrible customer service and borderline scam. I had considered resubscribing after I used up my bags, but not now.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is 100% a scam company. Shameful. Buyer beware.

Complete scam, the product is average and they NEVER answer requests to cancel the subscription, not via phone, not via email!
