Order went smooth with no hiccups and amazing discounts!

All the influencer hype, no merchandise, and still no refund. This is the worst experience I have had with a retailer in my LIFE. I ordered from Cleaning Day on August 20, order #CD226507. I never received my oil. After weeks of back-and-forth correspondence through September, they confirmed on September 30 that my $25.99 refund would be returned to my original payment method within 10 business days. It is October 22. No oil. No refund. Yet somehow, they managed to send me a customer satisfaction survey. The audacity. In my opinion, this feels like a money grab. They draw you in with influencers promoting this supposedly wonderful oil, collect your payment, and then leave you chasing both the merchandise and your own money. I cannot say what they are doing with customers’ money behind the scenes. What I CAN say is that they have held onto mine for more than two months without delivering the product or providing the promised refund. That is deeply suspect and completely unacceptable. The influencer marketing is working. The order fulfillment and refund process, in my experience, are a disgrace. I would never order from this company again.

Can’t reach anybody at the company send messages don’t get a response. Takes forever to get an order if you ever get it at all, which I haven’t even received my first one that was placed back in September early September. Poor communication, never again.!! stay away from them
