Automatically blocking all senders without user input could lead to missing important emails, which is something we aim to avoid. However, we do offer features like Sender Settings for automating future email tasks based on your preferences. Additionally, our Screener feature converts your inbox into an opt-in one, where first-time senders are screened, allowing only pre-approved senders' emails to reach your inbox. My colleagues and I did reply to your emails, so I'm concerned that our messages may not have reached you. When cleaning a large number of emails, like your 50k, it can take some time for your email server to catch up with the actions performed. That could be why you're not seeing immediate changes in your email client. We're wondering how you access your inbox? Via the web or a dedicated client like Outlook? Also, were you able to review the articles we sent to you? We genuinely want to help you resolve this.
