Clean EmailReviews of clean.email

I have a lot of emails that I wanted to delete and the only way to delete them was manually. This app saved me tons of time and was very easy to use. I think it’s a great tool for everybody who has backlog of unneeded emails.

Clean Email is just what I was looking for! I have only been working with it for a couple of days, but it has helped me to delete and organize thousands of emails. My absolute favourite feature is the auto-delete after a certain amount of time. Allows the message to stay in my inbox to give me a chance to see it, but deletes it after the time I set to help keep my mailbox clean. I would recommend this app for anyone that struggles with the email blackhole!

Very easy to implement. Clear, helpful suggestions. I'm finally taming the email tiger.

Finally a solution! I was year's into my career before I even heard of Inbox Zero, by then it was nearly too late, but I found a way by using software to rollup all of my inbox subscriptions. Then the company I work for moved to a new email provider that didn't allow that software and my inbox was absolutely flooded with spam daily. I got the same advice from everyone, just knock out a few subscriptions a day and you'll get there. Yeah, turns out I had over 5k subscriptions, learned that thanks to Clean Email. Based on how long I've had this email account that means I've been adding a subscription a day. Based on my number of days worked in a year on average and taking into account the addition of a subscription a day, I would need to knock out 24.5 subscriptions a day for a year to clear them all out. It's not always obvious to determine what even is a subscription, but I imagine on average it would probably take at least 20 seconds per subscription so that's 8 minutes and 10 seconds a day for an entire year or about 30 hours of work in the year. I'd be losing nearly a week of productivity to this project and frankly I think the estimate of time there is a little low, people get distracted. Click into thousands of subscriptions in a year and see how often that leads to wasted time! Nobody seemed to get how overwhelming this really was 15 years into having the same email address. I've spent a few hours over three days so far with Clean Email and I'm 60% through my subscription list. I'm also not just unsubscribing; I'm deleting at the same time. I'll clear out 100k emails by the time I'm done. Just such a great experience, really appreciate this product and finally feeling like I'll dig myself out of this flood of spam and get back to inbox zero and improved productivity!

OMG! I just cleaned THOUSANDS of emails in like 10 minutes. This is kind of addictive...
